Green Care Team

Our new Green Care Team program is ready to service seniors and veterans with their outdoor spring and fall season clean-ups, food gardening support, and basic landscaping tasks. If you, or someone you know is a senior (age 55+) or a military veteran homeowner living on a limited/fixed income, please Click Here to view our online application to learn more about the areas we serve and how to qualify for this program. If you’re ready to apply, we encourage you to do so while the season is open. Spots are limited and we know the need is great so apply as soon as possible. This community focused program is free for qualifying homeowners and is made possible by volunteers who are eager and willing to help.

Monthly community conversations around housing, access, pros and cons, and opportunities. Come, share, and listen to a variety of housing related talks about potential resources, threats/concerns, recent changes and more.
